Installing TWRP 3.1.0 Recovery on your Samsung Galaxy S8+ will allow you to install Custom ROMs, advanced options like formatting the system partition, making backups etc....
Plz Follow our detailed step-by-step instructions guide for how to install TWRP 3.1.0 Custom Recovery on Galaxy S8+. If you are used to installing official firmware updates through Odin on Samsung Galaxy devices, then this should not be any different for you.
� Prerequisites:
�This TWRP 3.1.0 recovery installation tutorial is only for Galaxy S8+ G950F or G950FD. Please do not try on any other Galaxy S8 variants.
�Enable Developer Options by going to Settings > About Phone and tapping on build number multiple times.Go to Settings > Developer Options and enable �OEM Unlocking�.
�Enable USB Debugging mode on your phone.
�Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding as a precaution.
�This TWRP 3.1.0 Recovery tutorial works with Android 7.0 Nougat firmware and all future Android updates.

� How to Install TWRP 3.1.0 Recovery on Galaxy S8.
Download TWRP 3.1.0 Recovery package for Samsung Galaxy S8+ and extract this file anywhere in your computer:
Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus : twrp-3.1.0-r1_0424_dreamlte.tar
NOTE: Make sure you select the appropriate file above for your Galaxy S8+ model.
Step 2 � Download Odinv3.11.1 which will help you to install TWRP Recovery on Samsung Galaxy S8 plus .
Step 3 � Switch OFF your phone. Now go to Download Mode. How? Press and hold the Volume Down + Bixby buttons together, and then press the Power button till you see the construction Android robot and a triangle. Press Power again to confirm to enter into Download Mode.
4 � Make sure you have your Samsung Galaxy S8+ USB drivers installed on your computer.
Step 5 � Open Odin on your computer. Connect your phone to your computer while your phone is in the Download Mode.
6 � If your phone is connected successfully, one of the ID:COM boxes will turn yellow with the COM port number. This step might take some time.
Step 7 � Now select the following file that you have to flash/install on your phone. This file will be found from the extracted file in Step 1.
Click on �PDA� / �AP� and select the TWRP package file you downloaded in step 1 for your phone.
Step 8 � In ODIN, uncheck the Auto Reboot and check F. Reset Time options, if not already.
Step 9 � Now click on the Start button in Odin. Installation process will start and would take a few minutes to complete.
10 � After the installation is completed, you should hold your Power Button, Volume Down Button and Bixby Button until the screen turns black.
Step 11 � Once it does, you need to let go of the Volume Down button and hold the Volume Up button while still pressing the other listed buttons. This will boot the phone into Recovery mode and you should now see TWRP 3.1.0 custom recovery interface.
12 � You can now reboot your phone by touching the reboot option in TWRP.
That�s it! Your Samsung Galaxy S8+ has now been flashed with TWRP 3.1.0.

Top 10 KeyBoard Shortcuts Everyone Should Know
Using keyboard shortcuts can greatly increase your productivity, reduce repetitive strain, and help keep you focused. For example, highlighting text with the keyboard and pressing Ctrl + C is much faster than taking your hand from the keyboard, highlighting the text using the mouse, clicking copy from the file menu, and then putting your hand back in place on the keyboard. Below are our top 10 keyboard shortcuts we recommend everyone memorize and use.Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert
Both Ctrl + C and Ctrl + Insert will copy the highlighted text or selected item.
Ctrl + V or Shift + Insert
Both the Ctrl + V and Shift + Insert will paste the text or object thats in the clipboard.
Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y
Undo any change. For example, if you cut text, pressing this will undo it. This can also often be pressed multiple times to undo multiple changes. Pressing Ctrl + Y would redo the undo.
Ctrl + F
Pressing Ctrl + F opens the Find in any program. This includes your Internet browser to find text on the current page.
Alt + Tab or Ctrl + Tab
Quickly switch between open programs moving forward.
Tip: Press Ctrl + Tab to switch between tabs in a program.
Tip: Adding the Shift key to Alt + Tab or Ctrl + Tab will move backwards. For example, if you are pressing Alt + Tab and pass the program you want to switch to, press Alt + Shift + Tab to move backwards to that program.
Tip: Windows Vista and 7 users can also press the Windows Key + Tab to switch through open programs in a full screenshot of the Window.
Ctrl + Back space and Ctrl + Left or Right arrow
Pressing Ctrl + Backspace will delete a full word at a time instead of a single character.
Holding down the Ctrl key while pressing the left or right arrow will move the cursor one word at a time instead of one character at a time. If you wanted to highlight one word at a time, you can hold down Ctrl + Shift and then press the left or right arrow key to move one word at a time in that direction while highlighting each word.
Ctrl + S
While working on a document or other file in almost every program, pressing Ctrl + S saves that file. This shortcut key should be used frequently anytime youre working on anything important.
Ctrl + Home or Ctrl + End
Ctrl + Home will move the cursor to the beginning of the document and Ctrl + End will move the cursor to the end of a document. These shortcuts work with most documents, as well as web pages.
Ctrl + P
Open a print preview of the current page or document being viewed. For example, press Ctrl + P now to view a print preview of this page.
Page Up, Space bar, and Page Down
Pressing either the page up or page down key will move that page one page at a time in that direction. When browsing the Internet, pressing the space bar also moves the page down one page at a time.
Tip: If you are using the space bar to go down one page at a time, press the Shift key and space bar to go up one page at a time.
Other Recommended Shortcuts
We also recommend the following keyboard shortcuts, as they can be very useful:Ctrl + O
Allows you to select and open a file within the current software program. This works in most programs, including Internet browsers.
F2
After highlighting or selecting a file, pressing F2 changes the file name to be editable, allowing you to rename the file.
