Acer Liquid Z630 Android smart phone built in with Mediatek chipset MT6735. Use SP Flash Tool for flash Firmware on this device.

1: Download and extract Firmware on your computer.

2: After extracting you will find Firmware inside folder.

3: Install Mediatek MTK USB drivers (skip this if driver already installed).

4: Open the SP Flash Tool and load Scatter file from Firmware folder.

5: Click on Upgrade / Download button for begin the flashing.

6: Connect your device to the Computer using USB.

7: Download OK new popup window will appear at the end of successful flash
