Open the run command from start menu or by using this shortcut key.(Window + R).
In the run command type "services.msc" without quotation and hit enter key or click OK button.
it will display Services window.Find the Windows Update in right panel of this window as shown in picture below.
Double click on the Windows Update option.It will display the following window.
Change startup type to Disable and click on Apply and Ok.
Restart your Computer
Now all the updates in your computer are disabled.
