Make sure you have downloaded the OTA Update Zip file
Now Rename the downloaded file to update.zip
Extract the Update.Zip file
Create a folder named Dload in the device�s internal storage or on your SD card and put the update.app (Extracted Update.zip) file there
Then go to Settings > About phone > System Update, and then select Local Update.
After that, Give the downloaded update file�s location on the next screen
The installation will start automatically
Once completed, reboot your device
Done!!! Your device should now have the latest update running

� 1. Plug your device into your computer using a USB cable and create a new folder named �HWOTA� in its external microSD card.

� 2. After downloading and renaming the update files provided above, copy them over to the new HWOTA directory you created in the previous step.

� 3. Download the Huawei P10 updater tool (click here to download) to your desktop and extract the HWOTA folder from the zip file.

�4. Unplug the USB cable and power your device off. Then, reboot into fastboot by reinserting the USB cable while simultaneously holding the Volume Down key.

� 5. Open the HWOTA folder you extracted on your desktop (step 3) and open the update.bat file as administrator.

�6. The updater window will pop up and ask you to reboot your phone into fastboot mode. You�ve already done that so press Enter to continue.

�7. Next, the script will automatically replace your phone�s recovery and ask you to reboot into TWRP mode.

Simply disconnect the USB cable, hold the Power key to turn the phone off and then hold Volume up + Power for a few seconds to enter TWRP mode.

�8. Once you�ve entered TWRP recovery, connect the USB cable to your phone again, wait for a couple of seconds and then press the Enter key twice on your computer.

�9. For update source, type 1 and press Enter.

�10. In update type selection, again type 1 and hit the Enter key twice.

� 11. Your phone will reboot into its recovery mode and start installing the update which can take a few minutes to complete.

That�s it! Your Huawei P10 (VTR-L29) should now have Android 7.0 Nougat B163 installed! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

Hello Everyone,

OnePlus 2 Paranoid custom ROM comes with tons of new features and is based on 7.1.2 Nougat. A quick list of the main features in Paranoid is given below and we are sure you�d love to use this on your OnePlus 2:

Don�t Worry We Are Going to share Step by Step Guide to Safely Update your OnePlus 2 to Android Nougat 7.1.2 Paranoid ROM.

� Prerequisites:

�This tutorial is only for installing 7.1.2 Paranoid ROM on OnePlus 2. Please do not try on any other variants.

�Your phone should have a custom recovery installed in order to install this Paranoid ROM on your phone.We will be using TWRP Recovery for this tutorial.

�This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.

�Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the Recovery Mode.

� How to Update OnePlus 2 to Nougat 7.1.2 Paranoid ROM:

� 1 � Download 7.1.2 Paranoid ROM and Google Apps for OnePlus 2 to your computer.

� 2 � Connect and mount your OnePlus 2 USBmemory to your computer using the USB cable.

�3 � Now copy/paste the downloaded 7.1.2 ROM zip and Google Apps zip files to your phone memory / SD card. Make sure the file is in the phone memory / SD card root (not in any folder).

�4 � Then turn OFF your phone and disconnect from the USB cable.

� 5 � Now to get in the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Down + Power buttons together.

� 6 � Once you are in TWRP Recovery, perform a full data wipe by tapping on the �Wipe� button. Then swipe on the �Swipe to Factory Reset� option at the bottom.

� 7 � Now go back to the main menu and then tap on the �Install� button. From the list, choose the ZIP file that you copied to your phone memory in Step 3.

� 8 � Confirm installation on the next screen by swiping on the �Swipe to Confirm Flash� option. The installation procedure should start now.

� 9 � Once the installation is completed.

Google Apps: Repeat the above steps from Step 7 to Step 9 for the Google Apps zip file as well and install it on your phone.

�10 � Tap on the �Wipe cache/dalvik� button if you get into any boot loops or other issues.

� 11 � You can now reboot your phone by selecting the �Reboot System� button.

Your phone will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time after flashing a new ROM. So, please wait.

That�s it! Your OnePlus 2 should now have 7.1.2 Paranoid Nougat custom ROM installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
