� How to Update Huawei P10 (VTR-L29) to Nougat 7.0 EMUI 5.1 build version B163 [ Middle East].

� 1. Plug your device into your computer using a USB cable and create a new folder named �HWOTA� in its external microSD card.
� 2. After downloading and renaming the update files provided above, copy them over to the new HWOTA directory you created in the previous step.
� 3. Download the Huawei P10 updater tool (click here to download) to your desktop and extract the HWOTA folder from the zip file.
�4. Unplug the USB cable and power your device off. Then, reboot into fastboot by reinserting the USB cable while simultaneously holding the Volume Down key.
� 5. Open the HWOTA folder you extracted on your desktop (step 3) and open the update.bat file as administrator.
�6. The updater window will pop up and ask you to reboot your phone into fastboot mode. You�ve already done that so press Enter to continue.
�7. Next, the script will automatically replace your phone�s recovery and ask you to reboot into TWRP mode.
Simply disconnect the USB cable, hold the Power key to turn the phone off and then hold Volume up + Power for a few seconds to enter TWRP mode.
�8. Once you�ve entered TWRP recovery, connect the USB cable to your phone again, wait for a couple of seconds and then press the Enter key twice on your computer.
�9. For update source, type 1 and press Enter.
�10. In update type selection, again type 1 and hit the Enter key twice.
� 11. Your phone will reboot into its recovery mode and start installing the update which can take a few minutes to complete.
That�s it! Your Huawei P10 (VTR-L29) should now have Android 7.0 Nougat B163 installed! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
