After that go to the composition menu.
And choose the ad to render queue option.

Go to the render queue window.
Choose the output module line.
And click the Lossless With Option.
In the appeared window find the format option in the main options tab and choose the h264 From the drop down menu.
Then check the Audio output option.
And set the audio quality mode.
As a forty eight point zero zero KHZ sixteen bit Stereo.
After that press Okay.
The out put format of your video is changed To MP4.
Press the render button to start the rendering process.
After the rendering process is complete.
Your video will be saved as an MP4 file.
